When we originally shipped reconciliation, the focus was detection: flagging discrepancies daily as they emerged. Now, every transaction carries a status (matched, pending, mismatched, missing), giving operators a complete picture of every transaction - all in one place.

Across the Full Network

The Reconciliation Hub brings all of it into one view: run history, exceptions, and orphaned transactions, without the manual pull. Getting that picture used to mean pulling reports across systems, cross-referencing provider statements, and chasing down orphaned transactions that didn't map cleanly to either side.

Your finance team gets the same completeness. When they ask "did everything settle?", the answer isn't a confidence level. It's a filterable, exportable ledger. The Reconciliation Hub brings run history, exceptions, and orphaned transactions into one view, rather than scattered across tabs or requiring a manual pull.

Three Cadences, No Blind Spots

Refunds and provider corrections don't always show up within 24 hours. A settled transaction can flip state weeks later. A daily-only cadence won't catch it.

The Hub runs on three cadences: daily (7-day lookback), weekly (30 days), monthly (90 days). If a provider unwinds a transaction three weeks after settlement, the weekly run catches it, surfacing the prior state, check date, and a regression flag.

Knowing what settled isn't the same as knowing what stayed settled.

State Corrections, On the Record

When something needs correcting, there's now a structured path. Every state update goes through an admin tool with an immutable audit log, capturing prior state, new state, and who made the change.
